Here's a collection of the scenery at Old Faithful and several of the other geysers nearby. They were taken in the first week of my arrival at Old Faithful where we explored a lil without going very far (mainly due to the cold as sun sets). Didn't manage to get good photos of the springs and pools cos of the lighting the day we went to Morning Glory Pool. Hopefully I'll be able to take better photos soon so that I can put them up!
The famous Old Faithful geyser at sunset.
Old Faithful is the main attraction of this village, just outside the place I work (above). Usually it's much grander than in these pictures. Looks like a giant smoking fountain when it goes off. The geyser goes off about every 90 minutes and there will be many people sitting around to watch & take pictures. It is especially crowded here during the day as the tourists are starting to come in these days.
That's all for now! Be back soon with something wonderful :D
The geysers bring back many fond memories of my visit in September 1984. Seems that not much was change about this natural wonder.
ReplyDeleteIn the passage of times, we are momentarily In the planet and the Nature still stay on... Will your children, or grand children, be appreciating the geysers like you do now? What kind of photos will they post on their blogs?
You are very much ... deservingly blessed!
God is love and spread His love, even to new friends! Be humble and test humor!
Warm wishes,
