Here are a few more pics of the Green Tortise:
Had a very good night's sleep with no jet lag at all (surprisingly). Woke up at 6.15am with the sun shining brightly already. Headed down to the long awaited Pike Place Market with The Original Starbucks which was less than a 5 mins walk away. The Original Starbucks is a very small shop with no seating area. They do sell merchandises unique to the store only though. Jt accidentally got a frap haha. yeah a frap to start the freeeezing morning :D
And here's 1st Avenue & Pike Street Starbucks which was just a short walk away from the Pike Place Market one. Had a cup of the Pike Place Roast which really warmed me up. & I love the cosy interior!
Decided to go back to Pike Place Market for breakfast. The flowers sold at the market were gorgeous, and surprisingly cheap! 1 usd a tulip, 10 bucks a bouquet. I only get to see these kinda flowers on blogs or tumblr, was soooo happy to see them in real life! how I wish they sold them in Singapore! There were a few shops selling seafood as well! Big enticing prawns, fishes and all sorts of other seafood. The fruits and veggies there looked really pretty with the wide spectrum of colours!
The beef sandwich & eclair were really good!
These fishmongers were really funny. Whenever a customer buys something, one of them would "shout/sing" the item's name and the rest of them would echo back. They were very good at throwing those humongous fish to one another too, when someone purchases a big fish. They attracted quite a crowd.
Had to leave at 10.30 am for the flight to Bozeman. Though we only had a short morning to explore this place, I was really glad to have come down here! Beautiful Bozeman coming up in the next post! :)
